new Delhi. The tech giant Microsoft (Microsoft) is working on shutting down Internet Explorer. The company is emphasizing on its Chromium-based edge browser to replace the old Internet Explorer. Last week, Microsoft announced that it would begin redirecting Internet Explorer users to Edge and released a list of websites that would redirect users to Edge. The Microsoft team takes a leading position in those websites. Considering that Internet Explorer still maintains about 5 percent of the total web traffic, many people will be surprised to be redirected to the Chromium-based Edge browser.

Now use the edge browser
Microsoft said in August that from November 30, Internet Explorer will stop supporting the team. Apart from this, the company had also told last month that YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, many products of Google, Microsoft team etc. will be redirected from Internet Explorer to Edge. This change will happen in version 87 of Microsoft Edge. It is coming in the third week of November. Microsoft plans to automatically launch about 1,156 websites in Edge to Microsoft Windows computers.read this also- Buy Samsung’s powerful smartphone with 7000mAh battery, 4 cameras

At present, many Internet Explorer 11 is present in many Windows PCs. But the browser hardly takes any new features or software updates from Windows 10. Microsoft says that the redirection of websites from Explorer 11 to Microsoft Edge will be from Internet Explorer browser helper object named IEtoEdge BHO. If a website (Twitter or Facebook) is found to be incompatible with the browser on IE11, BHO coding will automatically redirect users to the Chromium-based edge, and during this time a text of the browser’s incompatibility will appear. Microsoft had previously planned to close Internet Explorer, but now work on it has started to be fast.
