Some symptoms can be noted in pre diabetes. This includes frequent thirst, going to the toilet more often than usual, having trouble seeing, feeling mostly tired, etc. When a person is living a sedentary lifestyle, do not exercise regularly, high cholesterol and lack of sleep, then the risk of pre-diabetes increases. Not only this, if the waist of men is more than 40 inches and women are more than 35 inches, then the risk of pre diabetes increases.
