Soya Chaap Curry Recipe: Soya Chaap Curry is very popular in North India. Protein filled soy chap curry is not only healthy but also very tasty. It is completely a Vegetarian dish but it looks like non-veg. Soya chap is very easy to make. Soya chap is also sometimes made in squares and tandoor. If you want to eat something different and delicious at home, then try the Recipe of Soya Chap Curry. Let us tell you about its recipe.

Soya chap curry
2 tablespoons oil
4 soya chap sticks
1 bay leaves
1 tsp cumin seeds
2 tbsp onion paste
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 cup water
1 cup tomato paste
2 tbsp coriander leaves
A pinch of fenugreek leaves
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 cup cream

How to make soya chap curry
Pour oil in a pan and put soya chap stick in it. Fry them till they become light brown.
Take out the soya chaap sticks after frying and now add bay leaves, cumin and onion paste to the remaining oil. After frying lightly, add salt and turmeric to it. Mix them well and add ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder and red chili powder.
Mix all the spices well and add water to it. Now add tomato paste and cook the gravy on low heat.
Mix garam masala with green coriander and kasuri methi. After mixing them well, add cream and mix once again.
Now put the fried soya chap sticks in it and cook for a while. Garnish with cream and serve.
